Designed for High-Capacity and a Uniformed Finish
The WR32 Series High-Capacity Carted Wheel Rake has a high under frame clearance and an increased distance between the transport wheels and raking wheels, measured at 39 in. (99.06 cm) and 18 in. (45.72 cm) respectively. This clearance allows for a high volume of crop to flow through the rake, reducing crop plugging while increasing productivity.
When raised, the wing design allows the release of the crop to uniformly finish the windrow.
Large raking wheels for added productivity
The 60-in. (152.4-cm) diameter raking wheels turn slower, compared to the smaller competitive 55” raking wheel, when traveling at the same ground speed. This reduction in revolutions minimizes crop leaf loss and cleaner windrows, leading operators to produce higher quality hay. A larger diameter wheel will have a longer wear life, increasing the life of the raking tines.
Quick and Easy Rake Adjustments Points
The WR32 Series High-Capacity Carted Wheel Rake has three easy adjustment points to fine-tune windrows, enabling more hay to be gathered for each bale, in a range of conditions.
Rake Width Adjustment
Each rake angle can be independently adjusted to improve performance in a variety of raking conditions. By keeping the front raking width adjustment no wider than the crop, wheels roll easier over the ground and minimize rake wear.
Windrow Width Adjustments
Reduce the number of passes in the field by fine-tuning the windrow width to match your baler, Windrow Width Adjustments are available on both the WR3210 and WR3212 High-Capacity Carted Wheel Rakes.
Adjustable Rake Wheel Down Pressure
Improve accuracy on uneven terrain, gather more hay, and the prevent rake wheels from digging with the Rake Wheel Down Pressure adjustments on the WR32 Series High-Capacity Carted Wheel Rake. Turning the rod collar to increase or decrease the number of threads showing adjusts the wheel rake down pressure up or down.
Linkage System for Smooth Travel
The WR32 Series High-Capacity Carted Wheel Rake has compression springs on each side of the linkage system that will absorb the rake wheel shock for smooth travel over the ground.
Walking Tandem Axle Kit
The Walking Tandem Axle Kit is a ground following solution that provides improved stability, resulting in a smoother ride on rough terrain and when transporting equipment between fields. When in field operation the Walking Tandem Axle allows the raking wheels to increase consistency of windrow formation.
The Walking Tandem Axle Kit is offered as a factory installed kit.
Adjustable Hitch
The adjustable clevis hitch increases the versatility of the WR32 Series High-Capacity Carted Wheel Rake by making it compatible with a range of tractors and drawbar heights, this also adds more convenience for large hay operations.
Center Kicker Wheel Kit (Field Installed)
Decrease the drying time and gather more hay with each pass of your baler with the Center Kicker Wheel Kit. The Center Kicker wheel rakes any unturned hay from the rake wheels into the center of the rake. If your hay is laying out flat, the extra Center Kicker Wheel can move material that is laying in the center of the rake out of the stubble to achieve an easier pick-up.
The Center Kicker Wheel features a hydraulic shut-off valve, raising and lowering the Center Kicker Wheel when the hydraulics are activated.
One-Sided Raking Valve Kit (Field Installed)
The One-Sided Raking Valve kit allows you to rake with just one arm. One-Sided Raking can quickly be enabled, for either side, by adjusting the valves without the use of any tools.
*Note: When the handle is in line with the hose, the valve is open
Turnbuckle Adjustment Kit (Field Installed)
The Turnbuckle Adjustment kit makes it easy to widen the windrow raking to the desired width. Each kit includes two turnbuckles, which can be installed on each rake arm, providing an additional 6” of width. Turnbuckle Adjustment Kits are available on both the WR3210 and WR3212 High-Capacity Carted Wheel Rakes.

Road Transport Lighting Kit (Field Installed)
The Transport Lighting Kit includes taillights and turn signals.
