At Greenway Equipment, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that a purchased part may not always fit or function as intended, and we want to make the return process as straightforward as possible. Please review our policies below carefully before initiating a return or warranty claim.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received
  • Proof of purchase is required — please provide the original purchase receipt or a printed copy of your web order confirmation
  • Sale items are non-returnable and no refund will be issued under any circumstances

Return Fees

The condition of the item’s packaging at the time of return will determine whether a restocking fee applies:

  • Unopened, original packaging: Items returned in their original, unopened packaging are eligible for a full refund with no restocking fee.
  • Opened packaging: If the original packaging has been opened but the part remains unused and in its original condition, a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price will be applied to cover repackaging costs. The remaining balance will be refunded.

In-Store Returns

Returns may be made in person at any of our retail locations in Arkansas or Missouri within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please bring your proof of purchase when visiting a location.

Mail-In Returns

If you are unable to return an item in person, we can accommodate mail-in returns. To initiate a mail-in return, please follow these steps:

  • Email onlinesales@gogreenway.com to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number
  • Include your proof of purchase and a brief description of the reason for your return in your email
  • Our team will respond with your RGA number and instructions for shipping the item back to us
  • Package the item securely and include your RGA number clearly on the outside of the package

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part. GREENWAY is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange a part for a similar item, exchanges may be made in person at any of our Arkansas or Missouri locations within 30 days of the original purchase date. At this time, we are unable to process exchanges by mail. Please bring your proof of purchase when visiting a location.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable number of business days for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

Warranty Policy

Greenway Equipment serves as an authorized representative for a variety of manufacturers and vendors. As such, warranty coverage on parts and products is governed by the policies of the respective manufacturer, not by Greenway Equipment directly. We are committed to assisting our customers in navigating warranty claims and ensuring they receive the full value of applicable manufacturer warranties.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranty

Greenway Equipment does not provide any warranty, express or implied, on the parts and products we sell. All warranty coverage is provided solely by the original manufacturer or vendor in accordance with their respective warranty terms and conditions.

John Deere Parts Warranty

Parts purchased from Greenway Equipment that are manufactured by John Deere are covered under the following warranty terms:

  • Standard Warranty: John Deere parts carry a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Extended Warranty — Agricultural Parts: John Deere Agricultural parts installed by a qualified Greenway Equipment technician are eligible for an enhanced 1-year limited warranty. This extended coverage applies only when installation is performed by our certified staff.

All John Deere warranty claims will be handled in accordance with John Deere’s official warranty guidelines. Our team will work directly with you to facilitate the claims process and ensure your satisfaction.

Other Manufacturer & Vendor Warranties

Parts and products from other manufacturers and vendors carried by Greenway Equipment are subject to their respective manufacturer warranty policies, which vary by brand and product type. If you experience a part failure, please contact us and we will assist you in determining whether your item is covered under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty and guide you through the claims process.
