We know that a purchased item may not fit or function as intended. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if you are in a situation where you need to return a part, please feel free to do so using these procedures.
- You can return any unused part in its original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. If the package is opened and the part is in the same condition as when you received it, we will charge a return fee of 15% of the purchase price for repackaging.
- Please furnish the original copy of your purchase receipt or printed copy of the web confirmation of your order.
- Sale items are non-returnable and no refund will be given.
If you cannot physically return a part to one of our locations in Arkansas or Missouri, please email [email protected] for a Return Goods Authorization and instructions on shipping the part back for your credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you prefer to exchange the part for a similar part, please do so at one of our locations within 30 days of original purchase.
John Deere parts have a 6-month warranty. A recent enhancement on John Deere’s Agricultural parts warranty allows for the warranty to be 1-year if installed by our qualified technicians. We will follow the John Deere guidelines for Deere parts to ensure your satisfaction.
Other vendors that we provide have various warranty policies and we will assist you in determining if the vendor will cover a part failure.
Greenway Equipment does not provide any warranty, implied or otherwise. As representatives of various manufacturers, we do everything possible to provide the full value of the warranty for our customers.
