The STRL product line comes in 4 colors, red, amber, white, and blue. The RED, AMBER, & WHITE come with 2 functions. Hook up the black wire on these lights and they will light up with a solid color. Hook up the red wire on these lights and they will strobe. You can use the amber or red lights for a running light or turn signal and then use a switch to make them strobe when you want them too! The white works the same way.The blue light is strobe only.
