Daniel Robey: A Technician Who Leads with Skill and Heart
From graduating at the top of his Ag Tech class in 2019 to being named Greenway’s Technician of the Year in 2024, Daniel Robey has built a career defined by excellence and heart. A Level 2 Certified Technician, Daniel is known for his upbeat attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to explain complex issues in ways customers can easily understand. His professionalism and positivity create a ripple effect throughout the dealership by lifting morale, inspiring teamwork, and strengthening the customer experience.
Cecil Whitaker, Location Manager at our Dexter, Missouri location, describes him as “a very upbeat and positive young man with a great outlook on life. He’s the definition of what we need in our business. He’s always improving, always helping, and always going above and beyond for customers.” That drive and dedication make Daniel a model of what it means to represent Greenway’s values.
Outside of work, Daniel serves on Dexter’s Volunteer Fire Department, where he was named Firefighter of the Year in 2024—a testament to his commitment to service both in and out of the shop. His passion for helping others and his ability to connect with customers make him an outstanding nominee for John Deere Technician of the Year.
Justin Harp: Setting the Standard for Excellence
Justin Harp is a standout technician whose performance and professionalism raise the bar for everyone around him. Known for maintaining one of the highest billable factors month after month, Justin pairs technical precision with a customer-first mindset. He takes time to listen, explain repairs clearly, and ensure customers feel confident in the work being done.
His Service Manager at our Searcy, Arkansas location, Michael Smith, notes that Justin “sets a very high standard for himself and those he mentors. His customer service skills are exemplary, and he makes customers feel comfortable by explaining issues in a way that’s easy to understand. His positivity and willingness to help others truly set him apart.”
Outside of work, Justin and his son volunteer in their community, helping elderly neighbors with yardwork and home upkeep, a reflection of his humility and genuine desire to make a difference.
