JT&T’s Irradiated, Flexible, Polyolefin Heat Shrink Tubing is intended for general purpose applications requiring recognition by military and industrial specifications. UL listed and meets MIL-1-23053/5. It is mechanically strong, flame retardant, and will not melt or split when shrunk over irregularly-shaped objects. Applications include jacketing wire bundles and Light duty harnesses where superior abrasion resistance is a plus. Also, used to identify and color-code electrical connections and wire bundles. Temperature rating for continuous operation from -55C (-67F) to 135C (275F) and up to 300C (572F) for short durations. Shrink Ratio is 2 to 1. Shrink Temperature is 121C (250F).
