99-Point Inspection includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Inspecting filters
  • Inspecting picking units
  • Checking electrical components
  • Checking operator station functions
  • Complete machine operational check
  • Checking belts, augers, chains and gear cases
  • Ensuring hydraulic system is operating correctly

A written quote is provided on all needed repairs before any work is performed.

1 year parts and labor warranty on all new Deere parts installed during inspection.

Includes:

99-Point Inspection

Inspection can be performed at customer’s location.

 

 

Gold Package – $797

Includes:

– 99-Point Inspection

– Combine Header Inspection

– Engine Injector Specification Check

Inspection can be performed at customer’s location.

Platinum Package – $1,324

Includes:

– Priority Service

– Multi-Point Inspection

– Combine Header Inspection

– 10-Hour Separator & Fan Guarantee on units

– Labor Included for a full service

Inspection must be performed at Dealer Location.

 

Platinum Package Guarantee

The 10-hour separator & fan guarantee covers the separator and fan systems for the first 10 hours of use if your product fails. The guarantee is only eligible if all repairs suggested are approved and performed and only applied to parts and labor to repair the failure.

Package Exclusions:

  • Services not authorized by or performed by a Greenway Service Dealer.
  • Loss or damage sustained from accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, grain slug ingestion or introduction of foreign objected into covered product.
  • Failure to follow manufacturer’s operational instructions.
  • External causes including third-party actions, fire, theft, windstorm, or other Acts of God.
  • Incidental, consequential, or secondary damages/delay in rendering service (under this agreement) or loss of use during the period the covered product is at an authorized service center awaiting parts.
  • Non-functional or aesthetic parts, including but not limited to: plastic parts, knobs, scratches, peeling or dents.
  • Service work being completed where no problem is found.
  • Parts for the repair, unless installed by our service personnel during original repair.
  • Breakdowns that go unreported within the terms of this agreement (first 10 hours of separator or fan use).
