Parts sold by Greenway Equipment are covered by Original Equipment Manufacturer warranty. If a part fails during the manufacturer’s warranty period, you may return it to your local Greenway location for a replacement. Our team is knowledgeable about warranty on parts and is happy to assist you.
Ag Parts
- Greenway Installed Ag Parts: John Deere Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Remanufactured (REMAN) Parts will receive 12 months/unlimited hours coverage for both parts and labor when installed by Greenway Equipment.
- Non-Greenway Installed Ag Parts: John Deere OEM and REMAN Parts installed by either the buyer or another third-party will receive 6 months coverage for parts.
Turf Parts
- Greenway Installed Turf Parts: John Deere OEM parts will receive 6 months/unlimited hours coverage for both parts and labor on both Turf and Compact Construction Equipment when installed by Greenway Equipment.
- Non-Greenway Installed Turf Parts: John Deere OEM parts will receive 6 months coverage for parts on both Turf and Compact Construction Equipment when installed by customer or third-party installer.
All damaged or defective parts for which a warranty request is made must be returned to your closest Greenway Equipment location to finalize the warranty process.
