- Check rollers for bends, brakes, burrs & flails if equipped
- Change gearbox & cutterbar oil
- Check sigh glasses on bars
- Check vent tubes
- Inspect & grease all pivot points, U-joints & grease zerks
- Check gearboxes
- Check all blades, accelerators & cutter bar discs
- Check skid shoes
- Check slip clutch adjustment
- Check tires, wheel bearings & axles
- Check belts (impeller or roller) & tensioner assembly
- Check float settings
- Provide estimate for any repairs needed

- Check drive line & adjust slip clutch
- Check belts
- Check pickup tying/wrapping systems
- Check & adjust knotters (square balers)
- Adjust gate latches/switches
- Visually check monitor & harness
- Check gauge wheels, tires & hubs
- Inspect all drives
- Inspect complete pick up assembly
- Inspect all belt rollers
- Inspect hydraulics for leaks & correct operation
- Inspect all safety operations
- Replace lacing pins (if customer chooses that inspection)
- Provide estimate for any repairs needed
