Eligibility

The State of Arkansas, Department of Finance and Administration, Office of State Procurement, along with all agencies throughout the State of Arkansas (including local government entities, i.e., county, city, school district or combination thereof) and other entities located in the State of Arkansas authorized by Arkansas State statutes to utilize State contracts may utilize this agreement.

Agencies eligible to use the addendum are not required to be members of Sourcewell. These agencies will have the Arkansas contract number on their purchase orders.

Agencies that are not eligible to use the addendum may purchase directly off Sourcewell contracts if their own rules and regulations permit, they meet Sourcewell eligibility requirements and they become Sourcewell Members. These agencies will have the Sourcewell contract number on their purchase orders.
