Inspection Package – $244
Written quotes are provided on all repairs needed before any work is performed. Pricing is for inspection only, does not include replacement of any parts or equipment.
This inspection can be performed at the customer’s location.
Multi-Point Inspection includes:
- Checking hose conditions
- Transport hubs and wheels
- Disk gang bearings for slack
- Ensure proper operation of monitors
- Checking hydraulic systems for leaks
- Wear tolerance check for seed meter
- Wear tolerance check for open arm and seed boot
- All press, gauge, and closing wheels for wear and slack
- Wear tolerance check on plows, disk coulters, and blades
- Ensure functionality of all safety, lighting, chains, shields, and decals
- Ensure cylinder lift and down pressure valves are optimized for operating specifications
- Planter seed meter calibration ($72.50 per row unit)
