Keeping our customers and team members safe is a primary focus for Greenway Equipment as we work to respond to the ever-changing situation. To that end, we’ve made a number of adjustments to how we operate in order for us to limit exposure while continuing to offer the same level of excellence you’ve come to expect from Greenway Equipment.

Our service department is now offering free pickup AND delivery. If you need equipment serviced, just give us a call. We’ll come get it, take it to our service department, fix it, and then when we’re done we’ll bring it right back to you. No need for you to even come into the store.

If you need parts to make repairs yourself, we’ve created a Parts Call Center so give us a ring at 870-860-7552 to order parts. We can then ship those parts to you or you can pick them up at whatever location you prefer. We offer in-store pickup tables or curbside service, whichever you prefer. Customers with a dealer portal login can also continue to use that avenue for parts ordering. If you don’t have an account, you can create one here and begin ordering today!

For both parts and service, we will also offer electronic payment so you don’t have to come into the store.

We are always looking for ways to continue to meet your needs and keep you running during this time. As the situation changes, so will we, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated as we do.
