Why inspect?

Your Cotton Crop is important to Greenway. Saving you downtime is why we offer Cotton Picker Inspections. Greenway offers inspections to check out your cotton picker once you are done with harvest to ensure that your next one starts without a hitch. Our technicians will inspect your pickers operator station, picking units, belts, augers, chains, gear cases and more for wear and tear and to make sure your machine is in its best shape.

Platinum Guarantee

The 10-hour separator and fan guarantees are coverage on the separator and fan systems for the first 10 hours of use in the event your product fails. Failure must be a result of a mechanical error caused by defects in quality and/or materials. For the guarantee to be eligible, all repairs suggested must be approved and performed. This guarantee is for parts and labor to repair the failure.


Platinum Guarantee Does Not Include

  • Any services not authorized by or performed by a Greenway Service Dealer.
  • Loss or damage caused by an accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, grain slug ingestion, or introduction of foreign objects into the covered product.
  • Failure to follow manufacturer’s operational instructions and external causes including third party actions, fire, theft, windstorm, acts of God, or consequential loss due to nature.
  • Incidental, consequential, or secondary damages or delay in rendering service under this agreement or loss of use during the period that covered the product is at an authorized service center or otherwise awaiting parts.
  • Nonfunctional or aesthetic parts: including but not limited to plastic parts, knobs, scratches, peeling or dents.
  • Service work being completed where no problem is found.
  • Parts for the repair, unless otherwise installed by our service personnel during the original repair.
  • Break downs that are not reported within the terms of the agreement (first 10 hours of separator or fan use).
