Winter Inspection Special
Platinum Package Guarantee
The 10-hour separator and fan guarantee covers the divider and fan systems for the first 10 hours of use if your product fails. The guarantee is only eligible if all repairs suggested are approved and performed and only applies to parts and labor to repair the failure.
Package Exclusions:
- Services not authorized by or performed by a Greenway Service Dealer.
- Loss or damage sustained from accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, grain slug ingestion or introduction of foreign objects into covered product.
- Failure to follow manufacturer’s operational instructions.
- External causes including third party actions, fire, theft, windstorm, or other Acts of God.
- Incidental, consequential, or secondary damages/delay in rendering service (under this agreement) or loss of use during the period the covered product is at an authorized service center awaiting parts.
- Nonfunctional or aesthetic parts, including but not limited to: plastic parts, knobs, scratches, peeling, or dents.
- Service work being completed where no problem is found.
- Parts for the repair, unless installed by our service personnel during original repair.
- Breakdowns that go unreported within the terms of the agreement (first 10 hours of separator or fan use).
