In 2022, John Deere initiated the Technician of the Year program to acknowledge outstanding technicians who excel in customer service and mentorship, and in 2023, one of our very own was nominated for the award. Brian Beck from Morrilton has been honored as a Territory Champion and was nominated as John Deere’s Technician of the Year.

On being the recipient of the honor, Brian said, “Receiving this award has been a great honor and a humbling experience for me, especially knowing there are so many great, hardworking, and talented candidates who could have just as easily been chosen. It is something I will treasure for the rest of my life.”

“Brian Beck is an employee that everyone wishes they could have. He is dependable and trustworthy. He has built lasting relationships with fellow employees and customers alike. There are several customers that only want Brian to come to their farms,” Koy Williams, Location Manager of Greenway in Morrilton said. “When there are difficulties that arise or stressful situations in our dealership, if Brian Beck gets involved, I can rest knowing that the issue will be resolved. He is knowledgeable in every aspect of his job and is capable of handling whatever comes his way. He is a great guy to work with and I look forward to working with him more in the future.”

Vice President of Service, Tommy Hall also spoke highly of Brian, “Brian is an exceptional employee that has spent years in training and hours in the field providing solutions for our customers. This Technician of the Year award is a great honor for Brian to receive in acknowledgement of all his hard work and dedication to our company and our customers. This is a great achievement for Greenway, as it speaks highly of one of our many great employees that make Greenway the company it is today!”
